Once upon a time

Once upon a time I was thinking I am a great businessman, until a day came, I came to know that unsucess is more common than success. Astonishing surprised me ?
Well the percentage of unsuccess is more than success, so we are with the majority.
Does it mean we are successful ? NO
This gets realised once we get the taste of success.
In today's world its possible but if you have a long vision and ability to work hard, all resources are available at peanuts prices. Its up to you, how you use.
Look beyond Horizon Success will be at your feet.

Success means ?

Success is a word supported with many factors.
What are they, remains to be investigated by people who are unsuccessful. They know the meaning of success, as they have never tasted it.
Simple once a animal gets taste of blood then he / she will always run after it.
Its bitter to conquer but tasty once its in your control.
So taste the success you will never fail.

This year tourist rush in Goa will be doubled.

Goa tourism season starts from next month. Last year 1000 charter flights arrived in Goa and this year it is expected to shoot upto 2000 charter planes.
But due to current expansion work going on at Dabolim airport, 1st charter plane will land on 15th october. Hence the charter planes numbers will drop in comparison to predicted expectations.
This year rupee is already depreciated by
30 % and expected a little more which will benefit the foreign tourist resulting a increased flow of tourists.
Goa already a hot destination for the western tourist, will attract more tourists this year because of its low cost this year.  Tourists will not only benefit in lodging but also get price benfit in food, benefiting both touristts as well as business catering travel industry.

Sensex down ? Today what ?

yesterday Indian markets crashed very badly making the small investor wondering what next. Will they lose more ? Will there be a recovery ? Totally confused. Sensex 600 points down ! Poor small investor sold in panic , now sitting crossed fingered, listening, reading the experts advices. As per experts the funamentals are not disturbed but negative news and expected syria war hit the sentiments resulting in crash of market. Falling rupee made the position from bad to worse. Market reacted to news ignoring fundamentals and trading sentimentally. Now its questioned what will the day following bring ? Yesterday a news has been broken that America will attack syria, if it happens then rise in crude oil will kill the Indian rupee and it will affecct the market very badly. FII will start converting their investmens in dollars and a big sell off will come, it can further bring the sensex down by at least 10 to 15 % within this weekend, specially market will react negatively on Friday after a. upper spike. Friday is expected to give a worse reaction if by chance rupee apprecites then the downfall will be average if it happens vice versa then we will see the bottom. Think wise, keep patience, and trade cautiously - is todays tip

Indian rupee depreciates, a opportunity to invest

Due to geo-political reasons, wrong policy decisions by Indian government and rise in crude prices has led the downfall of Indian rupee. Is it a oppotunity to invest in India ?

A subject of debate. Well if we think the other way, long term investment in India's certain businesses and real estates / hospitality industry will be benefited in long term. Cost of medication will be cheaper in India compared to european conterparts.

If government comes out with a policy creating good business atmosphere for foreign investors / NRI, then there can be a good investment opportunity in India.

Unfortunately the chances of such policies are not seen as next year there are elections and polictical leaders are busy in doing their groundwork for elections.

No doubt long term investment will be profitable in certain areas except manufacturing, which should be thought only after elections.

If Syria war triggers then indian rupee's downfall will be sharp because crude prices will shoot up and India's spending on imports will go up, widening the defecit impacting the economy.
Automatically India's image will be downgraded and it will affect the foreign investors who have invested in Indian manufacturing industries,  they will start pulling out resulting the economy downfall.
A crucial moment for India and next government. It will be a biggest challenge for the future government to restructure the economical dents.

If India wants to regain then growth in exports is must, cuttig down of imports will balance the defecit. Its going to be a long struggle.

Goa will be a cheapest destination - this season

Goa will be a cheapest tourist destination because India's currency has deprecited by 30 %  compared to last year. Its going to help the european tourist to enjoy their Goa vacation. at a dirt cheap cost. Imports from India will also be cheaper. NRI and foreigners Investing cost in indian real estate and other service industry will be at a lower cost, a right time to invest in India.

Goa - History

Goa is a small state on the western coast of India. Though the smallest Indian state, Goa has played an influential role in Indian history. Goa was one of the major trade centres in India, thus it had always been attracting the influential dynasties, seafarers, merchants, traders, monks and missionaries since its earliest known history. Throughout its history Goa has undergone continual transformation, leaving an indelible impression on various aspects of its cultural and socio-economic development.
The first literary reference to Goa is in the Bhishma Parva of Mahabharata as Gomanta which translates as the region of cows. Despite a lack of archaeological and historical evidence, Hindu scriptures mention Parashurama, as its creator. He is said to have settled ten sages in this land and performed fire sacrifices. Another legend has that after performing the penance, the seven sages named the Saptarshis were blessed by Lord Shiva; thereafter the sages were known as the Saptakoteshwar. Further Lord Shiva is believed to have taken up temporary residence after a dispute with his consort Parvati. Yet another legend states Lord Krishna defeated Jarasandha, the king of Magadha on Gomanchal Mountain in Goa.
In Suta Samhita Govapuri or Goa is associated with spiritually cleansing touch:...The very sight of Govapuri destroys any sin committed in former existence just as sunrise dispels darkness... Certainly there is no other kshetra equal to Govapuri
A similar hymn praising Govapuri city is found in Sahyadrikhanda of Skanda Purana, which says the extent of Goapuri was about seven Yojanas.
गोकर्णादुत्तरे भागे सप्तयोजनविस्तृतं
तत्र गोवापुरी नाम नगरी पापनाशिनी
According to the Parshurama legend, Parashurama, the sixth reincarnation of Vishnu faced with an order of banishment from the lands that he had once conquered, sets seven arrows fly from theSahydris to push back the sea and create a stretch of land which he could claim for himself. The sea-god is believed to have acceded his to wish and created a region Shurparaka, which translates literally to winnowing fan. This region is also known as Parashurama Kshetra. The legend further tells us that having created Goa, Parashurama brought Brahmins from the North and settled them in this land.

Goa's - Usgalimal rock engravings - Goa

Usagalimal rock engravings or Usagalimal Petroglyphs,(Konkaniऊसगाळीमळावयली फातरशिल्पां) at Usgalimal village, in South Goa, is one of the most important prehistoric sites in western India.

Situated on the banks of river Kushavati, these engravings exhibit earliest traces of human settlement in India. These petroglyphs (rock art) are approximately 20,000 to 30,000 years old and belong to the Upper Paleolithic or Mesolithic eras. More than 100 distinct figures, spread an area of 500 sq m., including images of bulls, labyrinths and human figures are carved on laterite stones

The site was discovered by archaeologist working in the area in 1993, when local villagers took them to the bend in west-flowing river Kushavati outside the village, with mysterious engravings on the laterite shelf. The layer of mud covering up the engravings had been washed away by monsoon floods facilitating their discovery. Subsequently when the soil was cleared more engravings were found
The engravings are situated on the bed of the river Kushavati, beyond old iron ore mines, outside Usagalimal village, accessible via a winding pathway. It is about one km down from the main road between Rivona to Neturlim, and about 16 km south of Rivona

Goa's Market - Friday market Mapusa

Mapusa Friday Market is a major weekly market in Mapusa, North Goa and a major tourist attraction. It is located outside the Mapusa Municipal Market. Friday sees many vendors descend on the stalls selling a staggering variety of local produce brought in by farmers and small entrepreneurs from all over Goa to sell directly to the consumer. The market winds up by dusk and Mapusa quickly gets back to normal.

This market reflects the essence of  Goa and it is a riot of colour and noise.Goan vendors dressed in their colourful best come in from the surrounding villages to sell their locally grown or manufactured wares, including spices of all kinds. Fresh fruits, mostly organically grown, is sold in abundance. The market is well known for it's jewellery, pottery, spice, and carpet shops. Many of the stalls in the bazaar are grouped by type of goods, with special areas for straw hats, Goan home-made chouriço and the like. Strings of Goan Chourico, spiced and marinated pork sausages, are sold here. Seedlesstamarind, or amot as it is known locally, is also traded in great demand.

Casino in Goa offshore

The setup of the casino was controversial as live gambling is outlawed in India (many states actively promote and sponsor lotteries). This was partially circumvented by hosting it off the mainland. The government in Goa is promoting offshore casinos in Goa by granting new licences to more companies in an attempt to generate more tourist related revenue. Goa state is the only one in India that permits both electronic onland casinos as well as live offshore ones.
The number of new offshore casinos in Goa has grown considerably; amongst the major players are Casino Caravela Casino Royale, Casino Carnival, Casino Pride.
Players are dealt to by dealers specially trained to conduct sessions with accepted international standards. Its high fees are meant to deter casual punters and target the foreign tourists. The government hopes to lure Indian citizens who travel to neighbouring Nepal to gamble.

Se Cathedral in Goa, India. old Goa. Goa's top travelers attraction place

The Se Cathedral was built to commemorate the victory of the Portuguese over a Muslim army, leading to the capture of the city of Goa in 1510. Since the day of the victory happened to be on the feast of Saint Catherine, the cathedral was dedicated to her.
It was commissioned by Governor George Cabral to be enlarged in 1552 on the remains of an earlier structure. The actual construction of the church began in 1562 and was finally completed in 1619 and was consecrated in 1640.
It originally had two towers, but one collapsed in 1776 and was never rebuilt.
The architecture style of the Se Cathedral is Portuguese-Manueline. The church is 250 feet (76 m) in length and 181 feet (55 m) in breadth. The frontispiece stands 115 feet (35 m) high.
The Se Cathedral's tower houses a large bell known as the "Golden Bell" on account of its rich tone. It is said to be the largest in Goa, and one of the best in the world. The main altar is dedicated to Catherine of Alexandria, and there are several old paintings on either side of it.On the right there is a Chapel of the Cross of Miracles, where a vision of Christ is said to have appeared in 1919. There are six main panels, on which scenes from the life of Saint Catherine are carved. There is a huge gilded reredos above the main altar.
The Se Cathedral also houses a baptismal font made in 1532 which was used by Saint Francis Xavier, the patron saint of Goa, in order to baptise several Goan converts.

Museum of Goa state - North Goa attraction

Thereafter, a small museum was opened to the public on September 29th, 1977 in a rented building at St. Inez, also in Panjim.
The museum currently has around 8,000 artifacts on display, which include stone sculptures, wooden objects, carvings, bronzes, paintings, manuscripts, rare coins, numismatic collection, and anthropological objects. It is well known among other museums for its collection of  Hindu and Jain artifacts and sculptures.

Dudhsagar Falls tourists - travelers south Goa Attraction

(literally Sea of Milk ) is a tiered waterfall located on the Mandovi river in Goa on Goa's bordered with karnataka state. From Madgaon station it is 45 kms and from Panaji it is 60 kms.
As the cascading waters appear white like milk, the waterfall is called Dudhsagar, Doodh being the Hindi word for milk.
Legend has it that a beautiful princess lived in the forest (near present day Dudhsagar Falls) in a palace. She loved and enjoyed bathing in a lake nearby and used to drink "sweetened milk" from her "golden jug" after finishing with her bath. One day while enjoying her jug of milk she found herself being watched by a prince, who was standing amongst the trees. Red with embarrassment at her inadequate bathing attire, she poured the jug of milk in front of him to form an improvised curtain to hide her body while the maids rushed to cover her with her dress. It is said that it is that sweetened milk that cascades down the mountain slope as Dudhsagar Falls to this day as a tribute to the virtue and modesty of the princess.
Dudhsagar is one of the world's most exquisite falls. It lies high up in the Mandovi River's watershed and so are not particularly spectacular during the dry season. During the monsoon season however, the falls are transformed into one of the most powerful falls in India. It is listed as 5th tallest waterfall in India. The water plummets hundreds of metres (over a thousand feet) in large volumes during the rainy monsoon season, forming one of the most spectacular natural phenomena in Goa. It is a major part of the Goa ecosystem. It is a four-tiered waterfall with a total height of 310 metres (1017 feet) and an average width of 30 metres (100 feet)
Ordinary cars are not suitable for the drive to the Falls and within the forest sanctuary. One should use a four-wheel drive vehicle (SUV) as the road is a jungle track that has fast-flowing streams criss-crossing it at several points. The motorable track stops a kilometre before the Falls and one has to walk one kilometre crossing over small paths carved through the rocks at the foot of the Falls.

rekking in Dudhsagar is a famous tourist attraction. There are two abandoned shelters for the refuge of trekkers (left to the falls and right side beside the railway track). They are available on the first-come-first-served basis. Medical and pure drinking water facilities are not available around Dudhsagar but one can approach the station master at Dudhsagar Falls railway station in emergency. There are 4 possible trek routes to reach Dudhsagar Falls, of which only two are accessible in monsoon.
Route 1 (Castle Rock Route)
This is the most famous route during the monsoon. Reach Castle Rock station and start a Scenic 14 km hike to Dudhsagar Water falls along the railway track. It normally takes 5–6 hours to reach. The route passes through a number of railway tunnels, a board reading "Welcome to Goa" and also a great views of the Valley. One has to be careful of trains while walking along the railway track.
Route 2 (Kulem Route)
This is equally scenic but less popular as compared to Route 1. One has to get down at Kulem (Collem) railway station(Station Code: QLM) and walk towards the falls which is about 11 km away. It normally takes 4–5 hours to reach. The famous photograph of Trains passing through before the waterfalls can be seen in this route and also the complete stretch of the falls will be visible while you hike towards the waterfalls.
Route 3 (Transport + Hike)
In Kulhem one can hire a 4X4 SUV to reach the foot of the Dudhsagar waterfalls. There is a taxi stand called 'Dudhsagar Taxi stand' where one can hire a vehicle and get dropped near the falls which is just 1 km hike from the dropping point. This is suitable for large groups with kids and ladies but it cannot be used during monsoon season.
Route 4 (Kuveshi-Dudhsagar)
This is the most adventurous route and cannot be attempted in monsoon since we have to cross Mondovi river during the hike. The hike starts from a village called Kuveshi around 10 km from Castle Rock railway station. The hike is through thick jungle and is difficult to complete without experience. By this route, one can reach Dudhsagar Railway station which is 1 km from the falls.

google ranking, more traffic, monetize ............ ?

Today everyone is talking about traffic, monetizing, seo, advertising, all pointing to only one thing that they want their site to be no 1 ranking and earn them riches.
Well if we want to acheive all this we have to work sincerely, to acheive this - there is no short cut or any miraculous programs. For last 2 months i was searching on the above mentioned subjects, but to my surprise i didn't find any perfect bullseye solution. Every blog / site spoke loudly - we can bring traffics, monetize, and many things, actually after reading the full articles which had attractive mouthwatering titles, i found each site had its own way of pulling you in some way or other to business which they carried under cover of providing solutions.
So dear bloggers / website owners, read websites / blogs which speak about latest technology, developments, trends etc., and try to incorporate it into your contents, research & focus on subject which you want to put in front of your audiences. Adsense and other advertising firms are medium to monetize, one should not think that he or she must earn millions merely by signing it.
All successful business houses had hard work, speciality, mastery, innovations, discipline, correct knowledge, trend catcher, opportunism and many positives, they were not wasting time searching for shortcuts, by making quick and relevant decision they flourished. Today they are relaxing and money flows easily, its just like you paddle the cycle for sometime then take rest it will move on its own.
Instead of searching shortcuts, use your time in researching knowledge based datas which can be implemented in your productive / active business plans.
There is a very big scope in online business, it has to go a very long way. There are numerous opportunities online, one should have the vision to see and catch. Just go by history there is no stopping of innovative business plans it gos on and on, be one of it, don't dream, "act"
